Dropleez is a chain reaction puzzle game from Reyn Games. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use Dropleez, create an account, publish custom levels, or interact with online features.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your email address, username, display name, authentication identifier, profile title, avatar choices, and public profile settings.

We may collect gameplay information such as account level, XP, discovered Dropleez, rewards, inventory, mailbox state, tutorial progress, daily rewards, event progress, and gameplay stats.

If you publish custom puzzle levels or use community features, we may store level names, descriptions, level data, share codes, completion rows, hearts, creator profile information, reports, and block records.

Guest Progress

You can play as a guest on one device. Guest progress is stored on that device. If you create or sign in to an account, Dropleez may let you connect that device progress to the account so it can carry across devices.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, sync progress, publish community levels, show public profiles, deliver mailbox messages, grant rewards, run live events, show weekly features, and support players.

We also use information to moderate user-generated content, respond to reports, prevent abuse, and improve game balance and reliability.

Launch Updates

If you sign up for launch updates on Dropleez.com, we may use your email address to send Dropleez launch news, reward information, and related updates. Launch update emails should include an unsubscribe link when email sending is active.

Public Community Content

Published puzzle levels, creator names, public profile fields, completions, hearts, and level stats may be visible to other players.

Live Content

Dropleez can update data such as announcements, mailbox messages, weekly features, events, rewards, and shop configuration without requiring an app update. These updates are intended to be data and configuration, not executable code.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from the Dropleez app or from the Account Deletion page. Deletion requests should remove online account data that can reasonably be tied to your account, subject to safety, legal, fraud prevention, and anti-abuse needs.
